Event One:
This is a map of Sub-Saharan Africa.
Ever since the early 1960's, in Sub-Saharan Africa, the income per capita rate has made very little growth. Although it is a positive change, rather than a negative change for the worse, it is making little progress at a 0.6 percent growth each year. The progress needs to be sped up, and needs to have more of an effect on Africa in order to make a change. Very little growth does little to nothing for Africa.
